Thunderbird 91.2.0 on Fedora 35 will not send .pdf files.

Upgraded to Fedora 35. Thunderbird 91.2.0 will send an 8.2 kB pdf; but will not send a 239.4 kB pdf. I changed mailnews.tcp to be 4000; which did not help.
