Hi there, Can you help us understand a bit more about the issue you are facing?

  • Are you referring to the google hangouts app or something different?
  • When you say 'it tells me I have to do it outside my browser', what is it that you are referring too? Is 'it' the Firefox for IOS app putting that message up, or your phone, or the hangout app?
