Hello, I recently purchased a one-year VPN subscription entering a new email address (xxxx@mozilla.org). Was not prompted for a password, completed the transaction to Pay Pal. Did not receive a confirmation code or link to complete the transaction and download the VPN client. Realized afterward that I had set up a valid Firefox account for the Monitor product, and probably should have logged in with it before purchasing the VPN.

My question: Can I link my VPN subscription to my working Firefox (email) account, and have the other account deleted? Otherwise, should I cancel my subscription from within Paypal, and start over?

Can you please provide further guidance?

If I don't hear anything, will need to escalate my refund request through Pay Pal, as I have until October 7th to close it out
