Win7 TB78.12.0(32-bit) My subscribed folders disappeared from the left panel. When I try to resubscribe the server's list appears, I check the ones I want, hit OK and they still are not listed in left panel. Try subscribe again they are no longer checked. Same now happens on Mac TB version.

Chosen solution

Installed 78.13.0 and, like magic, my lost folders are back! Goodbye to Outlook. Using Outlook for a few days made me apprecipate Thunderbird all the more.

Thank you for the reply. Our university uses a Microsoft 365 mail server. Connecting using a university web page offering Outlook I can login to see and manipulate my server folders. For many years I have accessed these folders using TB on Windows and Mac, until a desktop crash 2 days ago.
