seems youve "archived" the relevant conversation (thus disabling further comments) -- how can you archive something when youve barely just released mozilla VPN? seriously? ridiculous.

theres a problem and you need to deal with it. archiving the discussion of a problem is not the solution. its simply avoidance.

no where in my sign-up did you tell me netflix wouldnt work. why not? that seems rather important. to hide this important tid-bit pre-purchase... seems deceptive.

if expressVPN can work with netflix (so ive read) why cant yours. clearly expressVPN has found a work-around for this problem... implying you too should be able to rectify this situation.

an unhappy customer, day 1 post purchase -- not an ideal business model.

I've been enjoying the speed of Mozilla VPN compared to others I've tried. My only problem so far is that Netflix seems to block me from watching anything. It detects I'm on a VPN and says I must disable it before watching something, Hulu does the same. I have tried US servers and International servers with the same results. Is there anything I can do to make streaming from those sites work with this VPN? Attached screenshots Chosen solution

Unfortunately, most streaming services disallow usage of VPN and will block access if they detect you’re using one. There’s no current workaround for this as it’s a decision made on their end of things, not ours. It may be something we can look at working around in the future. Read this answer in context
