When looking at the Release Notes for Thunderbird, it says _As always, you’re encouraged to tell us what you think_, but the link https://support.mozilla.org/questions/new/thunderbird doesn't have a way to tell you what I think. Am I missing something? Thanks.

No you are missing nothing, they have no feedback process other than to leave a support request which is sort of self defeating if you do not want help. But have at it. I keep emailing folks about the lack of a real feedback mechanism, so I need more grist for the mill.
