Downloading Windows 10 VPN software
Hello, the instructions for downloading the Windows 10 VPN software are inconsistent - there is no "download" button to “click” and I am asked for payment information before I download the software. Could someone kindly provide some assistance to download the software? Thank you.

The download button under "VPN for Windows 10" works for me.

Hello Steven, Sorry for the delay in replying to your email. I clicked on the link you provided ( https://vpn.mozilla.org/vpn/download ) and it takes me to https://vpn.mozilla.org/ where I can click on “Try Mozilla VPN”. There is no button on this screen that allows me select my operating system (windows 10). When I click on the “Try Mozilla VPN” button I am taken to a “sign in” screen. After I provide my email and password, I am next taken to a screen which asks me to “set up” my VPN subscription by providing my name and credit card details. I thought (and believe I've read) that I could try the software for “free”. It is peculiar to require me to subscribe before I try the software. I would appreciate your comments. Regards, Perri 7
Hey, Mozilla VPN offers a 100% cashback if you are not satisfied with the VPN within the first 30 days. There is as of now no free trial option but you can pay for the first month and then ask for a refund if you are not satisfied with the VPN service. It has to be noted that this is only applicable for the first thirty days.Attaching a link please read under the section "Your Payment and Devices".

Wow he customer got two people helping her with neither actually helping her out. Not only does the website have NO DOWNLOAD button, it logs you out of their website each time you try to "try the vpn" so you sit there like a moron trying to enter in your data to get a stupid vpn software that apparently is so crap Mozilla doesnt even want you to have it. As well as announcing to the world your login and password. What type of bullshit security is this? seriously. yeah im pissed because your product is causing a breach in the security you claim to defend. just another corporate lie
