I think that Mozilla VPN has been blocked by my network administrator. I am unable to connect to the VPN network while connected to the network. How can I bypass this?

Hi there.

When you note that it is being blocked, what behavior are you experiencing? Where you able to install the app? If so, does the app launch but you are unable to login?

It is likely that your network administrator will need to grant site permissions to fpn.firefox.com. This is the redirect to sign into your Firefox account. If it is getting blocked it could be why you are unable to use the VPN.

In any case you would want to speak with your network admin about this. They likely have setup specific security on the network around allowing users to download, install, and use applications not approved by them specifically.

I hope this helps.
