Clear junk mail filters

I would like to clear all the junk filters I've created over the years and start fresh. I have over 1000 now and I need to start from scratch. I don't want to delete them one at a time. How can I just clear them all at one time? Thanks in advance.

Filters are stored in the msgFilterRules.dat file in each account subfolder of Mail or ImapMail in the profile. If you delete or rename this file with TB closed, an empty file will be recreated when TB restarts.
