Currently, your mail is sorted by 'Date' and 'Ascending'.

You can reverse the current Date sort order by left clicking on the 'Date' column header.

Otherwise, set up setting: Click on 'Menu app icon' - 3 horizontal lines OR use the 'Menu Bar' if it is already enabled. Select 'View' > 'Sort by' and select 'Date', 'Descending' and either 'Unthreaded' or 'Threaded'.


After setting up as required, but perhaps you want to apply same settings to specific or all folders: Right click on column header or left click the far right header column selector icon to see a drop down and use the option near the botton 'Apply columns to' - see image below as guide.

my question is after my computer came out of the repair shop my new mail arrives below my old mail meaning i have to scan thru the old to get to the new
