Hello,

When using a VPN your data has to pass through the VPNS server and because of this It is normal to see reduced internet speeds when using a VPN.

However, If you are seeing drastically reduced internet speeds while using Mozilla VPN, try the following:

- Try a different Server. Utilizing a server closer to your actual location should improve network speed. - If you are on a Desktop or Laptop, a wired connection to your router will improve the connection speed while using the VPN. - If you are on a mobile device, close background or unused apps that could be taking up bandwidth.

If this issue is persistent and is impacting your ability to successfully use the Mozilla VPN remember you can always request a refund.

my speed goes from 940 Megabits per second to 40 mbps unacceptable this is just a bad vpn.
