Please don't interfere with websites by "warning" me about white supremacy or facts. I don't need or want your input. I'd hate to abandon Firefox after all these years.

I read an article stating Mozilla management is actually considering jumping on virtue signaling bandwagon by "warning" me about their opinion on sites they decide aren't trustworthy. For the record, I'm an independent that shares both left and right views. I loathe the idea of "safety" or 'the children" BS arguments to fiddle with my data or have you inject your opinion in any way.

If it happens, goodbye forever and I'll cheer on whatever replaces you if they do it right.

I shouldn't have any idea about the political views for a service like this. Shame on you all for not having the discipline to just do the job. Hope it's worth the cost.

Hi, From your wording, I get the impression that you think you are directly contacting developers or Mozilla employees. You are not. This is a community support forum. The people that answer questions here are users just like you, volunteering their time.

I assume that what you're hearing about is following blog post: https://blog.mozilla.org/blog/2021/01/08/we-need-more-than-deplatforming/

If so, then you have misread the blog post. (Or whoever shared it with you misread it.) There are no plans to block or inject items in websites. As a matter of fact, the blog post calls for transparency in social media. Firefox / Mozilla is not hosting a social media site so this isn't about anything they will or can do.

It is about de-platforming those who incite violence and hate. If inciting violence is something you're okay with, Mozilla is not going help you.

I read an article

Where? I'm pretty sure they got that wrong.
