I have a Firefox account with desktop bookmarks, signed in and synced in setting on android and my bookmarks aren't there.
I have a Firefox account and am signed in on my desktop with a whole load of bookmarks. I have installed Firefox on my tablet and have signed in and selected sync bookmarks, they don't appear on my android Firefox. I,'ve checked settings and there are no other options available for displaying bookmarks, I'm drawing a complete and very frustrating blank, can anyone help, please?
Thanks in advance!

Hi
I understand that Firefox Sync did not connect to your mobile device on this occasion, but hopefully I should be able to help you force a Sync event to take place.
Assuming you have connected the same Sync account on both your mobile and desktop copies of Firefox:
In Firefox on your mobile device:
- Go into the Settings menu and select Firefox Account.
- Tap on Synchronise now.
This will “force” a synchronisation of the data that is on the local device storage.
Hey Seburo, many thanks for your really quick reply, I tried that with no luck already, but have since found a fix - I went to bookmarks which showed only "Desktop Bookmarks" folder which I couldn't access, so I added a new bookmark folder called "Test" and now I can get into the Desktop Bookmarks folder and see my sync'd folders. I dont know if its a cooincidence, but I absolutely definitely couldnt access the Desktop Bookmarks folder before I added a test folder to Bookmarks, very odd, but I'm there now. I switched from Chrome so am geting used to Firefox, hopefully this was just a teething problem, but I absolutely deffo' need my bookmarks sync'd☺
Thanks again for your quick reply!
