From 30/11/2020 thunderbird doesn't download any zoho and gmail emails in my computer but it still download other providers emails. I can still send all my emails through thunderbird

From zoho team they connected remotely and they said that it is a thunderbird issue, because they used outlook and it worked properly.

Any help please??

Since upgrading from Thunderbird ver. 78.5.0 to 78.5.1 on 07 Dec 2020 Thunderbird is very latent to download email by POP from both of my gmail accounts. I had no issues previous to the upgrade. The messages are downloaded, but often 5 to 10 hours later and even then only one or two messages at a time. My Thunderbird is set to automatically download messages every 10 minutes. Manual "Get messages" doesn't improve the download sometimes informing "No New Messages to Download", but when checked by actually logging into Gmail account via browser there are 50 to 100 messages still to be retrieved. OS is Windows 10 Pro.
