Just subscribed and got the same message. Works on my phone but don't know that I'll keep it if I can find something that will work on everything.

Sounds like you have a 32 bit system, which is unfortunate because the VPN only works on 64 bit systems at the moment. I have not heard of any plans to support 32 bit systems, but we'll see.

If you find it unusable you can contact support through accounts.firefox.com > Manage subscriptions, and clicking "Contact support" if you decide you need to cancel/get refunded.

Thank you Eve, I indeed have 32 bit Win 10 systems. I have a ticket open, looks like Firefox VPN will not work for me.... darn shame.
