An auto Firefox update installed this version on my Samsung tablet. But when checking installed add-ons, the previous LastPass ext is labelled as uninstalled, another will be provided soon type comment!

How on earth can this happen, so I can't even raise this query on my Samsung, as my Firefox account logon details are stored in Lastpass!

This is a fundamentally critical app, that doesn't work!

How can this be allowed to happen?

Hi

We are looking to add support for more add-ons with futre updates, but in the meantime, you may wish to use the LastPass Android app to access you account credentials.

I hope this helps.

When you combine this with the replacement of Tabs by numbers that you have search, your suggestion is impracticable! Putting effort into creating addon for flashy appearances seems trivial, in comparison to accessing and managing passwords. Lastpass needs an addon NOW, not some vague future date. Seemingly my only workable option is to replace firefox with a different browser!

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

Here's the response I got from LastPass:

"Got an update from the development team that Firefox for android is not supported anymore. Please try using any other browser like Chrome or Opera."

If it doesn't get fixed soon, I'm afraid that's what I'm gonna have to do
