Amazon prime video blocks me when I try accessing it with the VPN on, is there a way I can turn it off just for amazon while keeping it on for all other traffic? Thanks!

Hi Jonathan Munz, this option is called "split tunneling". Currently it is only supported on the Mozilla VPN android app. Hopefully they will get enough requests to support it in desktop versions. If you would like to use it on your android phone, refer to this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/split-tunneling-use-mozilla-vpn-specific-apps

Make sure you are connected to a server in the same country in which you registered your Amazon account. I haven't had any issues with Amazon Prime Video, but have had issues with HBO Max. WireGuard's routing protocol is different than OpenVPN and as such reported IP addresses can sometimes block content. Try disconnecting and then reconnecting and see if that helps.

After reconnecting and matching the country with my Amazon account I didn't have any issues so this appears to be working well until split tunneling is available for desktop, thanks!

You're welcome.

Hi,

where should we request that split-tunneling be made available on PC?

Is there a requests page? I haven't been able to find one.

Cheers,

Dave
