Generate secure password is always the same

Hi,

I have been using the new feature of "generate new secure password" integrated in Firefox Developer Edition, I just realized It always generates the same password on the same website, doesn't change not even a character. Also there is no option to configure the password strength, character limit, number, letter, signs, etc.
