Thunderbird creates multiple entries (as many as 16) in Sent and other folders.

The first duplicate entry in Sent mail is from 2020/01/12, the first quadruple on 2019/12/03 and then it just keeps building. I've tried repairing the folder and deleting the .msf file. Other suggestions will be appreciated.
