Firefox for android is not displaying forms correctly

I have found in both mobile and desktop view as well as from a workstation, certain web forms that request input, are not displaying the input fields. These fields do show in Chrome.

Example, trying to register for a webinar.

Have you tried this in Firefox Preview, out new Android browser?

You may find that this works better for you.
