Edit - I restarted my computer, the update finished installing (I hadn't realized I needed to manually restart), and everything is back to normal.

My Mac just installed an update (OS 10.14.6 (18G2022)), and now when I open Thunderbird, the window is very magnified. Even though it doesn't fill my screen, the text is large, I can't see the scroll bars, and I can't get to the top (or bottom) of the window. It has rendered Thunderbird unusable. I've attached a screenshot. Any suggestions?

fwiw, I tried starting in safe mode, but it didn't make any difference (and the dialog box asking if I wanted to use safe mode was so magnified, it was tough to find the right spot to click to say OK).
