Select the address book in Address Book, Tools/Export..., Save as type: comma separated values (csv), then open the csv in a spreadsheet or csv editor. Print from one of those apps, as printing it from TB will result in one contact per page.

The address book opens and I just see all my addresses. The Tools/Export selection does not appear anywhere, all I see is all my addresses. How do I get the Tools/Export selection option to appear?
