Sounds like you were previously using an addon perhaps 'ImportExportTools'
Did you update to use : https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools-ng/

What do you mean by 'profile lost in version 68.2.1 (32-bit) ' ?
Did you auto update ? If yes, what was old version ? Was it 'windows32bit 68.2.0'
Did you manually uninstall and then download and install 68.2.1 ?
Have you tried the following: Exit Thunderbird. Launch the Profile Manager. enter the following in the Windows 'Run' box If using Windows OS 32 bit:
- "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird\thunderbird.exe" -P
If using Windows OS 64 bit:
- "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird\thunderbird.exe" -P
select correct profile Select 'Use the selected profile without asking at start up' click on Start Thunderbird.
Thank you for your reply! I allowed an automatic update but lost the option to export my profile. I previously used the Windows 10 Pro, version 68.2.0, 32-bit.) I haven’t tried uninstall/install because everything else works fine but I’m missing the Tools tab option to export my profile. I know I can always just backup the profile, but I’m used to simply exporting it directly to my backup drive.! Again, thank you for your swift response!
