How do I allow pop ups?
Additional System Details
- User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 8.1.0; Mobile; rv:67.0) Gecko/67.0 Firefox/67.0
- In the address bar, type about:config
- Search for dom.disable_open_during_load
- If the label next to it is true, pop ups are enabled. Double tap this to change it to false to block pop ups.
I hope this helps, but please come back here if you need any further help.
Hello. I did exactly what you emailed me to do, buy the selection is on true, not false, which would mean that I should be able to see things at my bank wesite without a pop up blocking anything, but the message, "a new screen should have come up for you to access your bill pay
No, this did not work. I did what you said and it shows "true," but I still get the message, "a new window should have opened..." I think that I remember the first time I tried to get into this portion of the website, it gave me a choice to block or allow popups and because I didn't know what kind of a popup it was, I chose to block them. Well it turns out in order to get the bill pay portion of my bank's we site I have to allow popups, but something isn't right because it is still not opening that new window and the pop ups enabled says, "true." Please can you help me.
Just to clarify, are you trying to open this website on an Android device?
