Firefox 52.9.0esr was the last to still run on the EOL Windows XP and Vista.

For Releases Firefox 52.0 and later including 58.0 and current 65.0.2 requires Windows 7, 8 (8.1), 10 to run.

No, Firefox for Android isn't compatible with Windows OS. It's compatible only with Android devices.

The last version of Firefox for Windows Vista was the extended support release of Firefox 52. Firefox 58 shouldn't install. I mean, you could try it...
