Firefox is blocking legitimate websites, including its own support page.
I use Firefox almost strictly for my online school activity. I changed no security settings. I believe Firefox upgraded automatically. Then it wouldn't open my legitimate school pages due to security issues. When I tried to go to Firefox help, I got the same screen, which I have uploaded to illustrate. Sorry, I can't add troubleshooting information due to the fact that Firefox won't let me into that either, so I am using Safari.

I see that my image didn't upload. Here it is.
hi, first please make sure that the date, time & timezone are set correctly on your system. if this doesn't solve the issue (or it is already set properly), a solution depends on the individual circumstances:
- what is the error code shown when you click on advanced on that error page?
- please also give us more information about the error by clicking on the error code, copying the text to the clipboard and then pasting it here into a reply in the forum like shown in the screenshot.
thank you!
There is no error code. This is what it says when I click on Advanced: SEC_ISSUER_UNKNOWN_ISSUER
For some reason, it will not let me copy the result. I am sending in a screenshot.
BTW I turned off the security and it still doesn't work. I would never operate without it, normally.
Can you paste here the certificate in a plain text? Thanks.

Thank you! That worked. I may be looking for a better security solution if I have to turn that one off to operate properly! Any recommendations for mac?
