After password breach, sites don't work on Firefox, but do on Explorer

Computer was hacked last week - likely password breach, since scans and logs show no malware, etc. LastPass was breached, passwords changed, locked out of computer, etc. I use Firefox updated and Sync. Changed critical passwords and installed two factor authentication where possible (did not save any to browser or elsewhere).

Today, my email was invalid, went to my website hosting site, two factor was turned off, and the Account page where passwords are set was static - no links, no forms. But when I tried the same on Explorer browser, two factor was live, and the Accounts page was active - I could change passwords, etc. Need to know what to do to fix the issue, and be able to use Firefox again.
