I have an email that keeps coming back and holds up other emails from coming in.. I've read your answer to this question and it says to access webmail. I have looked at my menu on Thunderbird and do not have a listing under tools for extension manager. My Thunderbird is version 60.5.0. I'm not sure where to go from here so your help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Webmail is accessed through your web browser, not TB. There should be a link on your mail provider's home page.
