Every time I go to some sites, Amazon in particular, the site is logged out and I have to log back in. I have tried everything that I can find in the previous answers. IT IS NOT the cookies, I have changed all the settings suggested previously and checked all parts of privacy for issues. Cookies are enabled, do not clear at close and an exception was made for Amazon. Nothing. What else could it be?

I sp[ecifically said that I had researched and fixed every element of privacy and cookies that could be changed, yet you suggest exactly those solutions and ignore any options that could actually help me, why are all support workers twisted PSYCHOPATHS!

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

That is your choice.
