set a folder for uploading pictures to website

I frequently upload images to a website. When I click to add (upload) a picture, I want to directly access to Media/Photos , but when I click the 'add a photo' option in the website, it always defaults to another folder. How can I change this? I do not see any options for choosing an UPLOAD (not a download) preferred location.
