Won't play movies from flixtor.to website. They play fine with Amazon Silk browser.

Please try this yourself from: https://flixtor.to using Firefox for Fire TV. When trying to watch a movie or TV show, the browser errors the same way. It will show the thumbnails fine and also play youtube trailers fine. Here is the error sequence when attempting to show the selection:

Error loading media: file could not be opened, followed by:

Error loading playlist: not a valid RSS/JSON feed, followed by:

Uh-Oh! Something went wrong. Try reloading the page.

This happens on two different Fire TV boxes, one about 3-4 years old, one about 1 year old, different rooms, different TVs.

Thanks for any advice.

Hi

I am sorry for the delay in coming back to you.

I have had a look into this and have tested in on both my desktop (Firefox) and on Firefox for Fire TV. It appears that the site in question is using JW Player to display the video content. Firefox for Fire TV does not support that at the present time, but this may be something that is included in a future release.
