My company email accounts are all suddenly experiencing that same problems, they open the Thunderbird application and as soon as they attempt to click on anything the entire platform becomes unresponsive, and will not even shut down when being forced to do so through the Task Manager. I can see in the background of the accounts, that they are still receiving their messages, and have contacted our email provider to ensure there is no issue on their side of things, which there is not. As of yesterday, this was not happening and we do not have access to the Firewall settings, etc. as those are managed offsite.

Any suggestions on what to do, or what might be causing this? Cannot go into Safe Mode either, as our computers are all tethered to a single server and I am not tech savvy enough to know if that could cause some kind of chain reactions, especially when I few of these host other stations within their respective stores.
