You can get the apk from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/android/all/ and manually install it.


Mozilla does not have the resources to have call centres for one on one support by phone, chat or email especially since it would be for free for a free product. Any products that has one on one support options are generally for products you pay for online and or in a retail store.
