
How do I print out an email list I have created.
I have just created a 'corporate email list' within the Address Book and I want to print the list out to check it.

Where are you looking? Open the Address Book window. Select the list you want to export in the folder pane on the left side. Select Tools-Export.

I suggest you export your list to a CSV file and then open that CSV file in your spreadsheet program. Then you can select and print the column containing the addresses, and any other columns of interest.
Select your list so it shows its contents at the right. Tools|Export will then allow you to export the selected item to a CSV file.
I should say that there is a File|Print option in the menu that will print the selected item, but it's not a very compact or efficient listing.
When I opened my list I could not find a Tools/Export feature. I agree that the File/Print option is not compact or efficient.
