Why do fillable forms not work?

Shadow110 replied

I have docs with fill in PDF forms. When they are open in ALL other browsers, they are ready to fill in. When you open them in FF, they are not able to be filled in. There is a note if the upper right corner that says OPEN IN A DIFFERENT VIEWER. Once opened in a different viewer, than they can be filled in.

What is the issue with FF???
