Hi, i need to access my email account associated with an old buz & website that is no longer operating. How can I do this? It comes up on screen with the following: Cannot get mail The mail server 'mail.electfitness.com.au' is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail Settings. I set up an instagram account for my new biz using the old email address and need to access emails so I can get back into insta account! Thanks for any help or idea's you may have.

So, what died? The domain, or the website?

If you no longer own the domain associated with the website, what reason do you have to suppose that you still have access to this email account/address?

I'm not trying to be snarky, but that email address is associated with a domain and if you no longer own the domain, you also won't have access to the email address on that domain.

Who manages the MX record for this email account? If you still own the domain you may be able to set the MX record to allow messages sent to that email address to be mapped onto another email account.

I usually re-read my postings after submitting them to make sure there are no typos, and that no awful spelling/autocompletion/autocorrection mishaps have occurred. I usually find something I could have said better, so correct it.

In this case, I think all that above in my first posting is not useful. I think you need to contact Instagram and tell them you want to use a different email address.

I have never used Instagram so I don't know for sure if this is possible, but it would be a dreadfully designed system if it ties you to one particular email address for all eternity.
