ever since 2017 update i can't use online video downloader extension because download icon doesn't appear on my tool bar

Before the 2017 update i used a video downloader extension which showed a download icon on the top right corner of the tool bar but now ever since the update my extension doesn't work. I tried uninstalling it & installing it again but it still doesn't work.

Is this problem on Android, or on a desktop OS such as Windows, Mac, or Linux?

Yes, it's actually both of them that don't work and I use a Lenovo tablet
