To setup a newsgroup where do I find file>new>other account to get started?

I am trying to set up my newsgroups as I had them before the latest update and I don't see anywhere to click file.

Chosen solution

Select any account in the Folder Pane, then on the right under Accounts click Newsgroups in the 'Create a new account' subsection.

Or, press Alt to show the Menu Bar, then File/New/Other Accounts...

Or, click the AppMenu (3 bars) icon, New Message/Other Accounts...
