Menu addition: Format-> Text style-> Case->Upper/Lower/Toggle (present somewhere in any half-decent text editor or word-processor).

Thunderbird (sorry if this has gone to Firefox): Concentrated on the alpha part of the keyboard, the CapsLock LED is not always noticed. A lot of wrong-case text can ensue, and being able to either Upper-, Lower- or toggle case would be a boon. Having to select, stoke up another (e.g LibreOffice) program, cut and paste, change the case, then cut and paste back into Thunderbird is a real *Bear*!
