how do i turn off compatability mode

I'm trying to get into an eticket. I've updated browser, keeps telling me I may need to turn off IE compatibility mode manually, to use travelport. I press on firfox which takes me to update, which goes straight to open. Not sure if this is samsung problem or firefox.

Hello Dizee, Try this addon, https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/uacontrol and setting a different useragent (so firefox will claim to the site that it is actually IE) I think it'll help!
