Often, when I select (click) an email, it shows a different one in the preview pane. This can also happen with tabs of already opened emails. When I click on such a tab, the emails appears to be empty or I see a different one from what I should see. I had this in version 45.2.0 and still have it in 45.3.0. Don't know when it started, but it must have been a long time ago. Restarting without plugins activated doesn't help. Seems like an index is corrupt or something. What can I do about it?

right click the account in the folder pane and select properties Click the repair button.

Yes, this helped! Great! At first I wasn't sure what you meant by "the account", but I applied what you said to the folder where i had the problem (the "sent" folder) and that solved it. Thanks again.
