Unable to see UPS label embedded in email. No remote content bar shown. How to fix?
As q states; I see the references to it and even a line for where to cut it out but no label. Additionally, when certain CC co sends email I only get the word "text" but no other content. Not sure if these are related. In these situations I don't get the "blocked content" bar either. I have gotten it on other emails and websites though so I know what it looks like. Not a savvy user but think it must be some setting I need to change. I tried copying it as a .doc and as an .eml but neither would upload as an attachment to this question.

There's no html option. Have received labels before from other sources but not sure what version I T'bird I was using at the time.

- If the return item is in multiple boxes, you will receive additional e-mails
with a label for each box. Use only one unique label per box.*
- UPS Electronic Return Label: View/Print Label*
1. *Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package.* 2. *Fold the printed label at the dotted line.* Place the label in a UPS Shipping Pouch. If you do not have a pouch, affix the folded label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label. Take care not to cover any seams or closures. 3. *Drop-off* * Take this package to any location of The UPS Store®, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances (Office Depot® or Staples®) or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. Items sent via UPS ReturnsSM Services(including via UPS Ground) are accepted at Drop Boxes, to find your closest UPS location visit www.ups.com/content/us/en/index.jsx <http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/index.jsx> and select Drop Off. You can copy and paste the text itself into your posting, or use a screenshot. The upload system here accepts only a few specific types of graphics files.
Is it possible that the display of the label requires a script to be run? Thunderbird doesn't run scripts in messages; the solution might be to look at the message in a website (some messages have a "can't see this message? view it in a website" link) or run a less security-conscious email client that does allow scripts. Obviously, I can't recommend this second solution. ;-)
