What is "Browse Freely" Android app?

more options

In Play Store, I see something called "Firefox Browse Freely" listed as Firefox for Android. Isn't the Android Firefox app produced my Mozilla? Browse Freely seems to be a software developer associated with www.nairaland.com which seems to be in Nigeria. Is Firefox for Android really developed in Nigeria? What have I just installed on my tablet? Is it safe?

I checked Firefox Browse Freely on Google Play and did not see a company called Nairaland come up. Firefox Browse Freely is listed under Mozilla. nairaland.com is a Nigerian discussion forum offering threads in entertainment, technology and general discussion categories.

This is Firefox for Android from Mozilla.org as look below as the author is listed as Mozilla. https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Mozilla

The "Browse Freely" part is not part of the web browser name but I guess a slogan.
