Parental Controls keep trying to access zopim.com over & over How can I get rid of this? Cannot do work...going crazy!

Don't even know how to explain. Have never seen this window before and now I can't get it off my screen. Cannot cut & Paste to show what it looks like. Am typing between times when window pops up & I must hit OK or add websites I have never heard of to my "approved" list that i have never requested either. Feel as I have a virus of some kind.

Can anyone help??

By default, Firefox does not ship with any parental controls. Parental controls can be added by installing addons to Firefox or using a third party software bundled with your operating system or installed manually by you.

Can you please tell us which parental controls you are experiencing issues with? It seems like if you have installed third party parental controls or a Firefox addon for parental controls, you may have install an illegitimate version.
