Thunderbird is placing valuable emails into the "suspect email" folder, but I cannot redirect them.

After many days of people telling me that they've emailed - on both of my accounts - which are redirected from earthlink, I have found them in a folder titled "suspect email." These include extremely valuable and time-specific messages, including invoices, bills, client emails. I have no idea why they are placed in this folder and can find no way to inform the system that they are not "suspect." Can anyone advise? I will have to leave Thunderbird over this issue if I cannot resolve it. Thank you.

Chosen solution

Thunderbird does not create or use a folder with that name. You are going to have to look for someone else to blame.

It looks like it is your email provider Earthling. http://www.earthlink.net/webmail/help/earthlink/en_US/spamblocker/managing.html

So leave Thunderbird if you want but as long as you are with Earthlink you will get the same results.

Thank you, I've now been on the chat line and supervisor site of earthlink to try to resolve. Thanks for your advice.
