Dear mr/miss from the support team, I use Thunderbird to look after 6 e-mail addresses and the most of them are registrations in http://www.abv.bg/and something terrible happened to me. All mails from the inbox of address : momchil_1993@abv.bg were downloaded to my Thunderbird client and deleted from the server of http://www.abv.bg instead of being copied. I wrote a ticket to them and they answered me that I have to resend all mails back if I want to have them back on the server but just before to so my laptop turned out to be broken in an accident and no information from the hard disk was able to be restored :( My question to you is: How can I have all deleted mails back? Is there any way to help to go through this because it is very important to me. I can provide all info needed to verify that those accounts are mine.

Thank you for your time spend on this. Yours, Momchil

All mails from the inbox ... were downloaded to my Thunderbird client and deleted from the server ... instead of being copied.

This is the expected behavior when your account uses POP. It usually isn't a good idea to post your email address to a public forum, so you may want to edit your OP.

I wrote a ticket to them and they answered me that I have to resend all mails back if I want to have them back on the server

That is correct, assuming the above.

just before to so my laptop turned out to be broken in an accident and no information from the hard disk was able to be restored

I don't know what kind of accident that was, so no further speculation.

You probably can't, unless

  • you've created a backup of your Thunderbird profile prior to the accident
  • you can somehow restore the data of your Thunderbird profile from the broken computer
  • you'll talk to your email provider again and ask if they do have a backup and restore it for you on the server
