Error when downloading Shumway update
I have recently found that when trying to update Shumway I receive an error stating that it failed to download the update (I have included a screenshot). The "Try again" option doesn't do any good and this error has been present for about a week now so I am unable to update, what should I do? And why is this happening? I am running Firefox 45.0.1 on Linux Ubuntu GNOME 15.10 with GNOME 3.18.
Chosen solution
As can been seen here Shumway has now been added to the Mozilla "Graveyard" so is now no longer supported. Sadly.

I understand it is no longer intended to include Shumway in Firefox. Maybe you can get news or information from the mailing list if it is still active
It looks like the extension is still available from http://mozilla.github.io/shumway/extension/firefox/shumway.xpi

If it is no longer meant to be included, then how are things meant to work? Has Shumway been terminated or perhaps included by default or something meaning that I should delete the version I installed?
I will contact their mailing list if it is still activate and ask them there, but some sources for your information and what I should do would be nice if you have them.
I just hear general chat and am always aware that Firefox has limited resources. The mailing list does not look very active. It's wiki page is inactive
Firefox is dropping support for most plugins, but FlashPlayer itself is so popular still that it will receive support for a while longer
