When I try to make a list of names and email addresses I have, so far, only been able to get sheets with everything listed. I just want Names with the relevant email address. I will be away on this Friday for a ten days.

Thank you for the rapid response. But it did not solve the problem. I opened the address book, selected all the names etc, saved it as a comma separated file and opened it in Excel, to get the headings only. I use office 2003, win 10, I have Libreoffice 5. Sorry to be so useless!! Brianne81

Export the address book as a CSV file and open it in Excel. Print from there.

Having the exported file is also a good backup.

Thank you, Airmail - now solved! I needed to select the address book then 'select all', export etc. It still highlighted the same things but dealt with it differently. I also seem to have posted things askew in the Mozzilla Support system, my apologies to all, put it down to my beginner status! Brianne81
