I want to remove Push Client from my Android. On a Google search I was advised to reset Firefox. But cannot find how to do that under Help on my Android.

Push notifications are not a part of Firefox for Android 44. They will be in a future release. You should be able to use the same options to disable it as desktop Firefox.
