An accidental mouse move made a folder that was under "local folders" to become a subfolder of another folder. I can't figure out how to move it back one level. How can I do that?

An accidental mouse move made a folder that was under "local folders" to become a subfolder of another folder. I can't figure out how to move it back one level. How can I do that?

move it back two levels. That is drop it on the parent you want it to have after it move.
